We just wrapped up this major renovation and is ready to host your next visit or get together. I wanted to also mention the home has wireless internet and cable tv.
Latest Rennovation: We just opened the 3rd floor master suite which includes another full bathroom, Queen bed and plenty of space to get away form at all.

Summary: The home was beautiful! We were in town for my father in law's memorial service and needed a place for the siblings and a gathering place for family. Frank's property was PERFECT. We were able to receive and entertain family and guests comfortably. Every utensil I needed to cook was there. The backyard was perfect for the little ones to play and tire themselves out. We had no issues at all. Thanks again Frank for providing the perfect stay during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

Summary: We were in town for our son’s wedding and wanted a place that we could gather with family. The property was very clean, warm and inviting - felt like a home away from home. We spent time relaxing on the front porch. The location was wonderful! The host was super nice. I only needed to contact the host once for a question and he responded immediately.

Summary: HUGE, solid brick home with lots of space. Perfect for a family like ours....3 generations, but no kids and no problems with stairs. (There are 3 floors!) Everyone had plenty of room and never a bathroom shortage! The neighborhood was quiet and it was wonderful to be able to have the dog with us!

Summary: The property was clean, fully-stocked with what we needed, and in a good, quiet location. It was easy to get to University Circle, Downtown, and the highway. Plenty of room for a group of 6-8 people.

Summary: My parents and siblings were gathering for my aunt’s funeral. My parents have never rented a house before and always stay in hotels, so they were skeptical of this whole process, but I wanted my mom to have a place that felt like home where should could spend time with her family to help her in these first tough days after the loss of her sister. This home was perfect. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out, including the first floor primary bedroom with its own bathroom, so my parents could have space to themselves if they needed it. There were plenty of bedrooms for siblings, partners, and grandchildren, and the living room and dining rooms were perfect gathering spaces. My mom loved the porches and spent lots of time reading and drinking tea. Everyone kept talking about how grateful we were for such a wonderful space that allowed us to be together.

Summary: We stayed last week with another family to sight see around Cleveland and felt both families had plenty of space to relax. It was close to all the major attractions in Cleveland and the house was clean and well kept. Would recommend!
